Following this\, Mr. S. Ruben\, M.A.B.L.\, lawyer at the Chennai High Court and Chief Legal Advisor of the Makkal Sakthi Iyakkam\, released a National Safe Motherhood Day awareness leaflet. Subsequently\, on behalf of the movement\, additional fruits and nutrient-rich foods were distributed to the pregnant and breastfeeding mothers
