Srikanth\, the Assistant Commissioner of Police for Kotturpuram\, and Ms. K. Anjugam\, the headmistress of the school. Dr. L. Ramesh and Ms. N. Divya conducted the training sessions\, providing excellent guidance to the students. \nCertificates and prizes were awarded to the participants at the end of the training\, recognizing their efforts and encouraging their learning. This initiative aimed to empower young girls through education and enhance their skills in English grammar.

SUMMARY:Tree Planting Initiatives by the All People Shakti Movement
DESCRIPTION:For the past few years\, the All People Shakti Movement has been actively engaged in tree planting activities across various locations. \nOn December 4\, 2022\, approximately 200 saplings of 12 different species were planted in the residential areas of the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board in Murugamangalam. Following this\, on February 24\, 2024\, more saplings were planted in areas surrounding Perumbakkam. \nIn addition to planting trees\, the movement provided awareness to the community about the benefits of tree planting. Over 100 residents received saplings to encourage their participation in this green initiative.

SUMMARY:Advocacy for the Issues of Approximately 200 Families in Velancheri Village
DESCRIPTION:On July 11\, 2022\, the All People Shakti Movement raised awareness about the issues faced by around 200 families living in Velanjeri Village\, Kadambathur Panchayat. These families have been residing in their homes for over 100 years. Recently\, a notice was issued requiring them to vacate their homes within 15 days\, causing significant distress and anxiety among the residents. \nIn response to this situation\, representatives from the All People Shakti Movement met with the Thiruvallur District Collector to present the concerns of the villagers. They submitted a petition requesting that alternative housing be allocated within the surrounding areas for the affected families. Over 200 residents from Velanjeri Village participated in this advocacy effort\, highlighting their plight and seeking a fair resolution.
